Marble is a natural stone. Marble has fissures, pits, inclusions, scratches, and textural differences. Since it is natural, there will be differences in bundle to bundle. Marble is more porous then a Granite, this means it can stain, scratch and etch easier and will require more maintenance. That being said, Marble is timeless staple in homes all over the world. All our Marble is sealed after installation. Depending on the Marble you selected you will need to reseal your slab every 6 months to 2 years.

Marble can within stand about 500 degree Fahrenheit. This means it can be used for a wide variety of applications, such as, Countertops, Shower Walls, Fireplace Surrounds/Hearth, Outdoor Countertops, Tub Surrounds, etc.  Slabs will come in 2cm and 3cm thickness, 3cm is recommended for Countertop applications. 

 Marble comes in a few finishes, more common finishes are Polished and Honed/Matte. On select colors you will see, Brushed, Satin, Leathered, or Suede.
